Before a call

• Protect personal information such as your home address, workplace and financial details.
• Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools when they are available.
• End any interaction that makes you uncomfortable.

Before meeting in person

• Meet in a public place and arrange your own transport.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Never send money or financial information to someone you meet through a dating service.
